Article I - Name
The name of this organization shall be: Libsong International Association.
The official abbreviation shall be LIA.

Article II - Principal office
The official address of the Association is at 106 Candleberry Circle,
Goose Creek, SC 29445

Article III - Purpose and Objectives
Section 1.
The purpose of LIA shall be to spread goodwill and establish an outreach
program that will provide assistance and support to the Libsong
Elementary School students and the Libsong community in general.
Section 2.
2.1.To promote closer relationship, friendly communication and foster
camaraderie amongst the former and present residents of barrio Libsong,
Lingayen, Pangasinan, Philippines.
2.2 Actively participate in community activities.
Section 3. Incorporation
This association shall be incorporated as nonprofit organization under
the laws of the State of South Carolina
Section 4. Compensation
The officers and members shall not receive, nor shall be entitled to
compensation or salary for serving in this Association.
Section 5. Dissolution
In the event of dissolution of this Association, the residual asset shall
be donated to nonprofit organizations. The Board of Directors will
determine these charitable nonprofit organizations.

Article IV - Membership
Section 1.
Any former and present residents of barrio Libsong who is of at least
18 years or above and of good moral character shall be eligible
for membership.

Article V - Annual Dues
Section 1.
Annual family membership dues to the LIA shall be determined by the
Board of Directors and subject to ratification by a majority vote of
LIA membership.
Section 2.
Suspension or Non- Payment of Dues
Annual family membership is due and payable on or before January 31st
of each year. If dues are not paid within thirty (30) calendar days from
due date, membership is considered suspended.
Section 3.
Reinstatement of Members
A member suspended for non-payment of dues may be readmitted upon
receipt of the full annual dues.
