Frank
is a native of Libsong, Lingayen, Pangasinan, Philippines.
He was born on February 11, 1953. His parents are
Mr. Francisco “Eloy” Bautista, Sr. and Mrs. Nicanora
Pagal Bautista.
In
1966, Frank took his primary education at Libsong
Elementary School. In 1970, he finished his secondary
education at the Pangasinan Provincial High School.
He studied at Saint Louis University (Baguio City,
Philippines) from 1969-1970 then continued his studies
at Luzon Colleges in Dagupan City, Philippines where
he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in
Medical Technology. Frank currently works as Medical
Technologist II at the Medical University of South
Carolina Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Fast
Flow Lab(Charleston, S.C.).
In
1978, Frank moved to Charleston from the Philippines
and has lived here since. He is blissfully married
to Lydia Morales Bautista in 1987, a native of Ternate,Cavite.
During
his years in Charleston, Frank handled numerous
public relations program
for civic and charitable organization, like the
Filipino Community Center,
Inc. as Board Member, PRO, Chairman of the Membership
Committee and he also spearheaded fund raising for
the FCC building Fund. He is also a volunteer Minister
of Hospitality at the Immaculate Conception
Catholic
Church, Goose Creek.
As
president of LIA, Frank is accountable in executing
all strategic plans and
works closely with all the officers and members
in establishing the organization long term goals.
He also has the responsibility for the communication
efforts for LIA worldwide.
Under
his leadership, computer were first introduced to
the Libsong Elementary
School on April 2, 2001, which was one of
the major projects of LIA.
Lydia
Morales Bautista

Born
March 4,1957 in Manila and went to Paco Catholic
School and Palma Elementary School. She went to
Araullo High school and finished college at Phillipine
Christian University/Mary Johnston College of Nursing
with a Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 1980. Her
parents were originally from Ternate, Cavite She
immigrated to New York in 1983 and moved to Charleston,
SC in 1987. She is currently employed by Roper Care
Alliance Hospital as RN in the SICU. She has held
numerous positions with the Charleston Filipino
Nurses Association as secretary and Vice-president.
She was also a Board Member with the Charleston
Filipino Community Center,Inc. and desktop Publisher
of the FCC Newsletter. Member of the Immaculate
Conception Catholic Church as Minister Of Hospitality.
