Purpose:

To spread goodwill and establish an outreach program that
will provide voluntary assistance and support to the Libsong
Elementary School and the Libsong Community in general.

Mission:

To promote closer relationship and friendly communication
among the former and present residents of barrio Libsong,
Lingayen, Pangasinan, Philippines.
